Current experience- 4 years Current ctc - 11 Ipa Existing offer - 17.5 Ipa from a startup Deloitte offer - 17 Ipa Position being offered at Deloitte - Consultant Is there a chance to go higher with the deloitte offer? What's the average being offered at deloitte for 4 years experience? I am Software engineer with experience in java. Thanks
The offer from deloitte is really good. Considering i have seen consultants with 7 years experience drawing similar package.
