Hey guys, I have two years of backend experience and currently working in a Intex start-up. Right now. They are paying way below the market standards and they are trying their best to hold our bonuses this year. I heard some conversations in the boardroom that how they’re planning to hold of our bonuses. All the top goers are planning to leave the company this year and the companies due to shut down soon. I would be grateful if somebody can refund me to their company and I can join it as soon as possible. Thank you

I used to work in a early stage startup. Got selected from campus placement and they provided hefty fix pay(16 lpa) + 16 lpa ( spread across 4 years including esop and bonus) (totally fraud to come on day 0 in IIT). They now fired me. I interview at many startup and they are expecting too much from 6 months experience candidate. I am in between of offer from Deloite but they are only paying (11 lpa fix). What shall i do? According to market shall i take a downball or need to keep patience?

Mostly looking for backend developer jobs in Java and Spring. Since I worked on this stack. 

since it was my first job that too campus placement, I have some noob questions about the job switch 

- Can I find a good paying job as a fresher java developer ? (my previous base was 14LPA)

- How should I go about applying. which sites or methods to use 

- what is the order of importance in (refral, resume, cold mailing, LinkedIn, direct applying on career site)

When I put down my papers the current company has promised appraisal but are not confirming how much will I get and when will it start from. working in a service based company around 4 years of exp CTC 8 LPA. Able to land an offer from a startup company with 12 LPA
since I am in notice period, I got many calls from other service based companies  WITCH. I clearly mentioned that I'm expecting 15 -17 LPA as a Backend developer which they said was okay. But after all the interview rounds they are not going more than 14 LPA and during negotiation there are trying to put guilt on my side (why are you switching after having an offer, 4 years we can't give more than 13Lpa )

I just want to know how to negotiate  well during discussions

I don't know whether to share it in public, For the first time I am requesting everyone if anyone is hiring for banking operations. Please let me know I am open to work 🙏 
I have 9 years of experience in US Mortgage in Title Search(Operations) and Banking experience is 1.2 I got laid off in the year of 2022 due to mortgage rates fluctuations. 2023 From May I switched my career into banking sales. Not satisfied with the sales role but If am not working then it will be difficult for me to run the family I didn't give up till today. Still Struggling to be successful in sales field but it's not happening Shared so many resumes in linkedin, naukri none of the recruiters has considered my resume. Can Someone help me to get into the backend Operation roles.

However I decided to switchback to the same domain few companies are not ready to pay not even 35k salary also and the company where I worked I begged them for rejoining they accepted they told me they will give Same when I left the organization. In this organisation nearly 6 years. That's what the respect we have there.

Please help me to get into better job where it really help me to grow.

Wanted to Switch the role from Sales to banking Operation

I myself am a Software dev with more than ten years of exp. 

I mentored a bunch of folks and was active in lot pf communities. I have been noticing this trend for more than couple of years about how freshers and developers with experience of less than two three years are aggressively looking to switch companies to target 30L or 50L or whatever they are currently looking for. 
But I feel this is really bad for future in terms of career growth. I am not against looking for the best offer, but I feel people recently don’t have any priority for career growth. 

I am trying to understand their perspective. I am not jealous of any of these. Heck I prefer that they get more, so that they have to increase my pay to keep up with current trends. It’s just when people ask me for career guidance I don’t want to sound like a jerk to prioritise good work over good pay. 

Can you guys share your inputs/perspectives?

Hello folks, I have 6.7 YOE in Frontend engineering and have been laid off at existing startup. My total CTC is 25LPA (22 fixed + 3 Bonus). I have cleared technical rounds at Publicis Sapient for Lead Frontend Engineer (Frontend React) and have salary discussion round tomorrow. I would like to know a decent ask for the same. I am thinking of 32 LPA (30% increase to 25 LPA). I would like to know if anyone has idea about salary at this level and if its a fair ask.

To the senior people in the industry I need your advice badly. 

My background: I am a 2023,CSE graduate from NSUT Dwarka (Tier -1) college. I had an offee from company with CTC of 12LPA and that offer got revoked.

Currently I am working in a service based startup with peanuts as sallary. The work I am being assign here is mainly of Langchain and ML(which I don't have much interest in but can do if required).How do you get out of this company and should I stay here just for experience for atleast one year.
