Looking for onboarding references in quick commerce

Hey all! I have a product, in the vegan, frozen ready to eat category, and I am trying to get them onboarded on zepto. After reaching out to 5-6 people through LinkedIn and one reference, I am back to square one. However we will go live on big basket in a few days, the reach and volume of Q-commerce is what we are eyeing. Any ideas how this can be achieved? Thanks in advance!

1. some people are pressured into resigning under the guise of poor performance, despite years of dedication. 2. sudden demand for employees to work from the office on specific days, hinting at wanting people to quit on their own. 3. layoff happening as reported by media (and internal group on grapevine), still unclear on how deep the cut will be can be from 20% or above; numbers are speculative, lets wait and watch, many have started getting the calls from HR; shabbily handled. 4. let's not talk about increments 🤡 🤞🏻 lets see what happens today and in the next few weeks; hope things become better

While I'm proud of these two revolutionising the quick commerce space, I somehow have a bad feeling about this Profits aren't coming, money is flowing Don't know what the VCs are seeking? Why bake a a pie that you can't eat later?

So Glassdoor or Ambition Box tends to state that Zomato or Blinkit pays around 50K per month to 1-2 years experienced designers which is pretty low and considering the lifestyle the designers of these companies have I doubt it's the truth. So what exactly are the FRESHER product/UX designers salaries of these CoOl/GenZ attracting companies:- Zomato Blinkit Swiggy Zepto Dunzo Porter CRED Razorpay Slice OneCard Fi money Jupiter Etc.
