Looking to join a startup which is in its 0 to 1 in Bangalore as a backend dev. Please recommend any startup if you know. Preferably a funded one.

Usually funding happens after 0 -> 1 when the startup has evidence of PMF and needs money to scale up. I'd recommend checking AngelList for listings
