First rule of judging a company: don't look at the investors to decide whether they're doing something great. Wait and watch.
They invest in it so that-
1. A competitor doesn't buy them out.
2. They can later buy them out themselves.
3. Keep track of what they are building to copy it
4. Make money even a small percentage of the company when it goes public can be with 10s of billions (like Yahoo did for Alibaba).

I've used claude. It's very limited. Currently GPT is still much better.
