Losing hope!!

Recently started giving interviews and cleared a few rounds in a couple of companies. I never heard back from any of them even if I felt the interviews went well. Very frustrated because of this as I fail to understand how difficult is it to just reject or send a rejection email if they don't want to hire. I understand that companies have 100s of candidates in their pipeline but it's so frustrating to not even get any rejection mail and get stuck in a limbo.

My contract was terminated last month citing restructuring. Honestly, I saw it coming but wasn't expecting it would hit like this I tried keeping my mind distracted, but now it has started to sink I live with parents and they aren't saying anything (they were feeding me before and still are, no change for them) I have had thoughts of ending all this, but do not have the courage. What if it ends halfway and I am redundant my whole life? Credit card bills are coming through now and being 42% of my ex-salary wasn't something I was prepared for. I thought I was a sane spender.

Hey All, I’m going to have meeting with HR regarding PIP next week. There I need to take decision whether I have to resign and take 4 months pay or whether I have to go with PIP plan and perform certain tasks for 2 months what they will decide and evaluate. I’m a bit confused what option should I need to opt. I’m looking for jobs but didn’t receive any calls till now but I’m actively applying. From many people I’ve heard that in PIP they are giving hard to achieve tasks and pressurising to resign else if got fail in PIP, they will terminate and will give termination letter instead of relieving letter. What option should I opt , considering all the possibilities and current market situation? P.S - I have 2 YOE in front end development Suggestions from experience would be highly appreciated and can help me.

I have an offer and 26 days remaining on my notice, spent last 2 months of my notice applying to jobs. Not getting a single call. Even now when only 27 days remaining, getting only rejections. What to do?

I have been searching for jobs since last few months and initially I used to mention my notice period as 90 days. Recruiters used to treat me like minorities in this country. Then I updated it to 60 days actual still being 90 days. However, I started fetching interview calls and eventually cracked one today. The company wants me to join ASAP with an option to buyout the notice period. However, my current company is stuck to age old 90 day notice period and I don't think there's a buyout option with them. I do have seen a case of 37 day release but need help in ways of tackling with this 90 day NP. P.S. Deployed on client side. Have amazing working relationship with the client manager. But don't want to utilise that as I am not sure if it will turn out good or bad. As I have seen things turning hostile once you put down papers. Any suggestions would be really helpful! Thanks.

Im working in EY for three years now with same role. I didnt have promotion and this year they put me in PiP with no hike expected. Shall i stay in this company or resign? Will it be a problem for me if i join a new MNC about explaining why i was promoted for 3 years?

Hi all, It’s been more than 4 years in TCS. I have been trying to switch for last 6 months. Received some calls from HRs but as soon as they hear TCS and NOT ON NOTICE PERIOD, their response immediately changes. They will tell you that they will share interview details but they won’t. I have also tried lying about notice period with different different excuse but still they would not believe it. Now i am thinking about putting in my papers and continue looking. Maybe reducing the notice period will help but it looks a big risk in current scenario. What should i do?

I will finish 2 years in may, I worked as business analyst for 1 year 8 months and took release in order to get into a React Js project, I gave rmg all my skills, he said he could not get me a project on those skills, I am rejecting all the support projects, he threatened me saying people are getting released from company if they are not taking projects, (I cleared digital few months ago) Cut to the present- I am working on L1 Sap support, every day I feel like quitting the company, I might have applied for around 400 companies easily in the past 1 month I received call from 2 and neither had scheduled interview after knowing the notice period, If I dont take a decision now I wont be able to crack interviews later as days pass the experience I need to fake also builds, My options: 1. I thought I will keep my papers after the current hike and revoke it if I do not get any offer 2. Fight with the current manager for release on the basis of the 2 year contract he recently told, which was not mentioned while I was taken into the project. 3. Do my learnings parallelly and when I get an offer I will leave the company My current level of understanding in react is moderate, I have done few small projects and I helped one of my friends in his project for some time and I feel that I can crack interviews. Please give your suggestions, its a life thats going to change if i stay here for 2 more yrs I will come out with 0 exposure and 4 yrs experience.
