Age: 30 Male, Unmarried Qualification : MBA-Marketing, BSC I.T Last job Customer Support role: 6LPA INR salary
Hi everyone, need serious guidance and tips with regard to my career.
I want to switch to I.T/ Tech; however I am not sure if I'll be able to learn and grasp everything now. Also, I do not know which path/ domain to pursue.
Cloud computing, AWS, AZure, Devops, Data Science, Business Analyst, Data analyst, Salesforce, Front end, Back end, Testing etc. it's damn confusing and scary.
I have zero coding knowledge, although I completed my grads in I.T, wish I had tried harder back then.
Today I am living a lost life doing a call center type customer support job earning a meagre salary compared to my peers.
I really want to get some certification/course done and switch to I.T/ Tech role. Please suggest something which doesn't involve a lot of coding.
At present, I am out of job, I'm ready to dedicate next 6 months- 1 year to full-time learning.
Please help and guide me which path to take.

Unfortunately, IT is saturated and you will be competing with trained people fresh out of college with low salary expectations and low responsibilities which means an appetite to work long hours. Also, the low coding jobs in IT such as manual tester jobs, are getting automated at great speed.
If I was in your situation, I would invest in learning in demand skills that have a future and hence can be used to make a career. A couple of them would be:
Both of then have freelance opportunities as well, and lower your dependence on a job.
If you want to try something that has a mix of online and offline, you can try the Amazon seller program. It will give you both a layoff proof income and the skills required to manage a business.
These might seem like tough ideas with uncertainty, but it's important to be self reliant in this day and age, especially if you don't have great college pedigree or a network or inheritance to fall back on. The earlier you start this journey the better your chances of coming out of your current situation.

Not really...this could be one of the good options right..thanks would you share where to start any certification or course?
I am not fully aware of the courses. I know there’s something like blue belt, back belt and all in certifications. I’m just hoping that this path might also fit your needs
