Lost nearly 30 kg
Thanks to lockdown I went above 85 kg. Last June I was around 80 kg. Currently my weight is around 58-59 kg and I plan to come down go early 50s. So to all the people struggling to lose weight, don't give up. Focus on fitness and balanced meal and you can lose the weight.

If you don't mind can you share more details about it?
Like did you take help of dietician and gyms (offline) or online (cult.fit and more)?
No dietician. I ate low carb, high protein and high fiber diet. I ate parboiled rice half cup. For protein daily chicken or egg and for fibre I ate kiwi, pineapple, papaya, bell pepper and other veg. I avoided banana and mangoes.
I also reduced outside food intake from 3 days a week to 3 days a month.
For excersize, I live in gated community with a pool so I started doing swimming. If it's cold, I do walking.
I also started walking inside the house more.
Also hot lemon water in empty stomach in morning helps.
Please share some more high fiber food you ate.
And many congratulations, this is an achievement.

See the above response plz. I gave it in detail.
But in short the diet was high protein, high fibre ans low carb and excersize 5-6 days a week.

I've lost 11 kg since March this year. Feels damn good. Lockdown got me to 90kg, then i got it down to 78kg by 2023. Currently I'm at 66kg which is ideal for me. Never going up again.
Whatโs your height and gender? A lot depends on the BMI you are supposed to maintain.
While diet plays a critical role, time and frequency also matters. Also, what food items you are consuming when also matters.
I am 5ft female, I need to be ideally from 48-52 which is neither too fat or too skinny.
Few questions: a) How much time did it take you to reduce weight? b) Did you lift weights? c) How many calories did you plan to consume in a day?
I lose around 1.5 - 3 kg a month, nothing fixed.
I did swimming for excersize, I consume 1800-1900 calorie daily

This is crazy! I lost around 18kg myself and been struggling to lose further.
Weight plateau happened to me twice. I just continued doing what I was doing, and things got better

@ObiSayu bro I lost around 11 kgs in 3 months last year - my simple technique is run or swim in morning , choose active lifestyle, avoid rice and sugar and eat 1 chapati at night ...I was 82kg and when I hit 69 kg I started fainting but now I understand why bcoZ I did not take enough proteins.
Again I am 82kg but this time I am trying to reach 65kg.
Congratulations dude, really happy to hear of your progress. I am one of the few who can actually relate to this. I myself have dropped to 85 from last year's 115. Still some more to go, but already feel so much better. Now onto muscle and fitness โ๏ธ

Bro I did the same i lapt exactly 30 kgs in 6 months n bs deitcian just simply cutting off sugar, junks and packed or processed food with intense exercises!!
Weightloss involves changing mindset and people need to find a healthy lifestyle which will suit them.
I mainly eat homemade food and experiments with the taste to suit my liking.
It maybe repetitive but I find it tasty.
