(Situation)
A boy and a girl had a relation for 6+ years. 
Both worked upon many things be it themselves or career and did enjoy happy moments and each other company. 

Like any other relation, there were disagreements, fightings and arguments. 
And after months of repeating cycle of disagreements and arguments, one fine day a boy is being questioned about his love and was also asked to mention the happy moments both have shared till now? 
A boy was shattered completely and decided to take a break from this relationship to think whether he should continue or add a full stop to it. He conveyed the same to the girl.

To which, Girl took break as a break-up.
And states herself vulnerable and starts to fall for the other person who was her colleague.

Earlier she did state the colleague as a friend and now says she couldn’t hold up her feelings for him (the colleague).

Hey Folks, 
I am a 22Y M, and want to improve my dating life. I am an extrovert person and can talk to opposite genders very well. 

The only issue I face is to build a romantic connection. I suck at that. Don't know why, but flirting makes me feel cringe. 

Something about me:
1. I got my first girlfriend in the 8th standard. Dated for a year. 

2. In class 9th, I experienced love for the first time and ngl I still feel the same for that girl. We dated for two years. 

3. In the 11th and 12th standard, I had 1 girlfriend each standard but couldn't continue for xyz reason. 

4. I then last dated in my third year (last of 2021), but long distance was not my thing. 

5. Since, then I feel cringe whenever I try to flirt and don't want any love shove, because I never felt the same, I felt for that girl in class 9th.

6. Since, my last breakup I am only able to fulfil my physical needs but now I want to change that and find someone with whom I can build a strong connection

I'm 21 m. Had a 9 months old relationship with a girl who's 6 months older. It was the best 9 months of my life. We connected on so many levels that I never thought would happen with me at such a young age. 

Recently, she broke up with me. It was not our mistake. Her mother isn't well (from a long time, and I knew that) and her last wish is to see her daughter getting married. 

Forcefully, she had to admit this and told me everything. And told me that we need to end this. 

It's been 3 weeks, and there's minimal contact between us. 

I'm a final year college student, not getting placements, too much pressure from family. I can't think about anything. Feels like all of this is eating me up. We had very secure future plans, but everything is over now. I don't know what to do. 

I try very hard to stay on track, but her thoughts are eating me up. I've started meditation, therapy and everything, but nothing is working the way I thought it would do. 

She was the one that gave me assurance that everything will be fine. Her presence was the most peaceful thing I had, but now, there's nothing. 

Help me, please. 

PS: please don't judge me the way I am. I'm trying to be normal as much as possible but nothing's working.

So I've never been in a relationship. During my college days, I was really attached to someone and liked him a lot. We were together for about a year. Not relationship together - but it's like when you're close to someone but not given a relationship tag yet. But after one year, I got to know that he was talking to his ex girlfriend and then he left me giving some reasons. I was devastated.
Since then, I used to keep pushing men away.
Whenever someone tried to come close to me, I kept on pushing them.
And that's how I've never been in a relationship.
And now that I wish to be in a relationship, every guy around me is either already married or about to get married.

They tell you about their last break up they can't get over with but still tell you that falling in love is the most beautiful part of life and talk about wanting to settle down - until the time you show interests and hola! What is a stupid thing you've done in the name of love

I think the current phase in my life is the lowest I am already PIPed by swiggy and I have broken up with my gf.

Feeling like my life has reached the end. Can't sleep at all specially after the break up. Now I regret for blocking her atleast I should have waited until getting into some company. But now I don't want to go to her due to some personal reasons.

It feel sucks. I am not able to focus on interview preparation. I am not in depression but my mental health is shit right now and gets headache daily.
Please help me shall I consult some doctor for this or is this okay. I don't have much friends that's why I am asking here
