Maybe just another lost soul

Currently working in a startup and contributing in data science projects. Learning is good but a lot of time goes down in meetings and discussions and I have to do late night work. Everyday starts to feel like the same and I am not able to get time for extra learning to enhance my knowledge and tech stack. Also thinking of company change but most of them need 3-4 years exp to the data science team. 😭

Some days going to office just feels like I am just existing to show up. Anybody feeling the same way?

I am 23M working in a well renowned Fintech startup. Have got what I have dreamed of in college like high ownership, good pay and other similar things. But lately realized that I can't do these things for my majority of life. Although I enjoy my work but still feeling lonely and aimless. Previous to September it was remote but now they have made it hybrid and I have to reallocate to Gurgaon and now I am feeling more lonely and aimless in life. Have tried travelling and other stuffs inorder to find interest in life but nothing excites me.

Side projects and hobbies that once brought joy now seem like monumental tasks. The energy to code for fun is gone, replaced by a numbness that Instagram barely alleviates. I was drawn to it to be doing something that’s helpful for others, something fun, a hard challenge or impactful. But the best opportunities have landed me in soul-less projects. No impact, no appreciation, no engaging challenge. Just a cog in the machine. Life goes by in the 1030 - 8. Barely making the money to give back to my family and save up to get married. I can’t afford posh restaurants, have no time for hobbies or sports. Feels like I am getting nothing in life. No money, no meaning, no fun, no passion, no societal status.

Hi folks, I have been part of one company for 9 years. I feel like bored and mundane. I am trying to switch jobs for past one and half year and unable to crack any interviews. Each interview slips because of some reason. Now my current company based on my performance asked me to find job somewhere else within in few months.. I am still unable to clear interviews.. Sometimes feel very downward because of this but deep inside I feel like I am more worth than this.. Market is also so uncertain now.. My salary is 32L.. I feel like I am stuck in my career. Any advice or recommendation?

I am 24 F and not currently working. I got laid off from my first job with 9 months of work experience. I did DSA and applied to various companies, got shortlisted and cleared few rounds as well but after facing few heart crushing rejections i don’t feel like preparing any more. I have never been excited by the idea of working for a big MNC(people my age have their dream companies listed and are working towards it). Somehow this isn’t my calling and i am totally lost because i have not been working for the last 5 months. I strongly believe that there are few things we are naturally good at(I might be wrong here). Ever since my school days i have been a hard working person and have taken things very seriously. But now in this phase when i should be working hard, i dont feel like doing it, probably because i am doing something that doesn’t excite me. I somehow feel i am naturally good at networking, meeting new people,connecting with people at once, building things from scratch. Has anyone been through the same phase? I would highly appreciate any suggestions/advice. HELP ME OUT GUYS!!

I'm currently working in a service based company from last 2.5 years. I had joined there as a fresher. The project that I'm working on had som growth initially but now there's literally no growth. I'm doing the same exact thing every single day and despite working extra hard all year long, I was not given any hike! I'm really feeling depressed right now. Please help. I've wasted 2.5 years of my life and I've hardly any expertise in any of the tech I've worked on.

Hi everyone, I joined a energy company as a Risk Analyst in BLR with CTC of 13 as a fresher, but the work is not very good and engaging, I am just killing my time everyday and not doing anything productive, thinking of switching, any suggestions !

So , I graduated in 2023 from a decent college (private) and my branch was CSE. I had a job which I didn't do due to some reasons and then started looking for another job . It's mid of 2024 now and I still don't have a job and I am in desperate need of a job and the problem is I don't know what to do now . I don't know if I should continue preparing on my own or get a course with job support ,I don't know if I should change my sector or continue with it , lots of things going on my head I hope to get some great suggestions over here P.s. i think getting a course with job support will be ideal for me
