However, as and when you get beyond Eng. Manager there is a good bonus involved which is variable and hence salaries would get pretty varied.
Bhai Accenture pays more. And they hire 20-30 per campus per year. Accenture chalo. Mck consultants kuch zyada extra nhi ukhadte hai
McKinsey has better clients. Moreover 50% Accenture consultants work in backend consulting. McKinsey is almost always frontend consulting
Then forget Accenture and target Tolaram.

I heard Associates get 50 lpa base and upto 30% bonus. Total CTC of engagement managers is 85 lakh-1 crore depending on bonus. Partners can make anything above 1cr depending on how well they do.
