Michael Page Review?

Hello Everyone, Is anyone here from the Michael Page company? I am about to join it. So I wanted to know internal reviews about the organisation.

From where do recruiters at MP get their sense of entitlement from? They're at best above average grads from below average b schools in India selling their souls to meet a commercial target. That's it! And by the way, theirs is not the only sales job. A consulting partner does sales every day of the week - most of them are extremely humble. You don't need to be an asshole to do sales Even at my worst, I'd never engage with them. And definitely would never hire any one of them if they come to me Btw this isn't a case of sour 🍇. I'm secure in my life and do not see myself engaging with them. Had spoken to couple of them back when I was a consultant

I was interviewing with a D2C startup and the recruiter from Michael Page was extremely friendly and helpful till she suddenly ghosted me. Don't understand why the HR would ignore me completely rather than give a firm Yes/No. Is ghosting a common practice among the likea of MP as well?

Michael Page, a recruiting agency, has a lot of open job postings always. But I have never got a reply back with details of the roles even for roles that I know I am well qualified for. This is after I apply through their portal and email the hiring manager. Has anyone else experienced this? Or what could be going wrong?

Almost 4 years since I am working in various sales and BD roles post MBA. Have worked with FMCG and Ecomm companies. Done with chasing numbers everyday and looking for some strategic / mindful work. What are the possible next roles other than sales? Note - not looking for category/account management sort of roles. Been there, done that.

Hello everyone, I work in the sales and services division for a US based professional services company. The package is about 10LPA. I have about 7 years of total experience and have recently taken up an online PGDM. I was wondering how I would transition to get into an Indian company ( these night shifts are killing me). Any advise is truly appreciated

I have about 7 years of total experience and have recently taken up an online PGDM. I was wondering how I would transition to get into an Indian company ( these night shifts are killing me).

Indian. I am a SDE (backend) currently. ~2 yrs exp. 16 LPA and I work 40-50 hrs a week. I like where I am, but I am not feeling the zeal for tech anymore. Probably will do a MBA down the line (thinking abroad, not sure) Looking for equal or greater pay, similar WLB, new domain. Should I switch to PM and try a hand at it? Am I aware of the reality or living in my own isolated reality?
