Must dos in the first week of joining
Hey folks! What are 2-3 must dos according to you in the first 1 week of joining a new company.
If you are in mid-senior/senior roles, I highly recommend setting up intro calls with your stakeholders/teammates/leaders. Understand the current problems/pain points. If you come across anyone in group meetings/otherwise or about to have a convo with someone, look them up in the org chart, check their level, role, team, manager etc. This helps tailor thr conversations and connect the dots.
Rest all are obvious.

get access to and figure out data nomenclature for all analytics tools
Rather than getting into the operational work, spend time in understanding strategy of the company/teams along with metrics. Form your own opinion of what is important. Only then should you get into the operational work.

Try to talk to as many people as possible. And volunteer to take notes in all calls you attend, and share them with the people who attended.
