It’s another copy paste random Mental Health Startup. I actually interview for PM role here out of desperation to get into product role: summarising my experience here;

RedFlag 1. I sent email directly to company from careers page, 2 days later received round 1 task of preparing a full ped + design+ prototype to improve one of their feature; felt weird because their was no initial interaction from a person about role etc directly received task; should have stopped here.

RedFlag 2. Received a mail couple of days later regarding 1-1 with the same Influenza and after going through here profile I realised she is one of those narcissist influenza whose mentors are Wankoor Ariku and like, at this point I made up mind of not working here but I still went ahead with interview for practise and get feedback; stupid decision it went for 1.5 hours and no surprises she was toxic as fuck, asked here about company, how she handles conflict , why should I work there, few questions about tech and future aspirants of the startup, she never gave clear cut answer to any of those.

*She is using one of my suggested feature and prototype I gave during interview process, so I learned to never work on a task for free in future even if I have to sleep on street and eat from bin.

So, folks i you are not really desperate and hate sociopaths avoid this cancerous company.
