I was an Interim team lead and my probation of 6 months just got completed today and 6 months ago I was told that after completion I will be the team Lead. Yesterday I was told that they are changing my team's department and due this there will be a new Team Lead. There is no team lead in that department they are promoting someone else to be the lead of my team.
Please suggest what should I do because all this feels so disrespecting and unfair.
Work for this company as long as u don't get a new job.. Bcoz even if u ask you senior politely in an indirect way regarding this decision they'll dismiss you by giving some excuse.. neither the HR or any other team member has the power to change this decision. I hope you take the ri8 decision for yourself.
