Need Help decoding this Situation - Guy suddenly went silent

I met a guy over reddit few weeks ago. We both talked about our workplace issues, about mba entrance exam prep and few other things. He mentioned he liked talking to me and so did I. But he never told me his name or anything about his identity as he mentioned how people spend a lot of time in the beginning to get to know each other and this might be a distraction since both of us are preparing for mba entrance this year. Few days ago, he texted me that this texting consumes a lot of time and energy and he feels exhausted and he doesn't have the bandwidth as he needs to fully focus on his preparation for now. So he stopped talking to me and mentioned how he is still interested in being friends after the entrance exam in November. I want to understand a guy's perspective here. Do guys leave everything to focus on their career? Am I being unreasonable for feeling bad about this situation? Is it okay to sometimes prioritise career in our 20s and leave everything else? I feel there could be a balance but would like to know a third opinion.

My ex (then boyfriend) would be "busy" through the day and then send cute texts at night 2 am, sometimes 3 am And stupid me would believe "Awww he is thinking about me" We were in college together, and he never attended classes. God knows what he was busy with. College got over, our relationship too, because long distance and lockdown didn't really carry. Yesterday, I get a "Hey, how have you been?" at 2.38 am Damn the spiral. But I am big girl now, and intelligent. I blocked him! He is NOT "thinking" of me at 2 am.

Hi, I am in service based company, Graduated in 2022 and did internship in MERN Stack in BYJU's Exam Prep for 10 mos As I had worked in start up , I am having decent knowledge of at least completing the task. I need to switch badly. Girls were never my friends , no point of GF. Fast forward to now , I am in a project and working on React. There is a girl of same batch and we are working on frontend only. Our dev started in May, and at that time we chit chat for normal queries. After a day or 2 , She started to discuss approach with me, I was ok ( as I was talking to girl no feelings at that time, and was discussing logic). And then slowly the scenario become like she use to call me on teams for any single query , and I in excitement talked to her. I loved her voice had not seen her as our stand up was on teams. I used to help her , and she gives the update like " I am doing this" / " I am doing this , facing some issue, and trying to resolve that " And in each case I was there with her. And then this continued uptill 20 July . I was getting feelings for her , like why a girl is talking to me without even seeing/ knowing. I was interested w/o any reason. I just need a partner to share feelings. And then then due to project requirement , we were asked to come to office. We came on Monday , i helped her normally as we used to discuss with each other on teams. We both saw each other on that day for first time face to face. Her task was going ok, and was supposed to complete on Tuesday, bu by reaching office she use to connect with seniors instead of me and they use to tell her the approach not doing her task. Hence this took full week. I was noticing this from Tuesday to friday (23-26) and we were gradually decreasing our conversation.. Our accomodation is in company's society. I talked to her and her 2 friends in Friday night when I was roaming out. We made plan to go for mall / Iskcon. On Saturday we went outside. For Sunday i asked her to go out she said.......

Its morning and I had just reached office for my work. Its my ritual to go and quickly grab a cappuccino coffee for myself and I sit for work. This time something weird happened, this girl whom I see everyday for work and I have also chatted a little with, bought me a cup of cappuccino coffee with the correct amount of sugar in it. Guys should I drink it? Idk how to decline because I dont want to be mean. She is sitting right infront of me. And why would she brink me a cup of coffee??? Does she like me? Is this some corporate hint for asking someone out?

It's our 4th date and I am literally running out of content !

So one of my junior teammate always asks for help for few things. Actually he and some other folks don't have access to few portals and tools on Azure and Databases due to security policy. While all the other folks who need access to same tools, do consiser the fact that I might be busy with my own work and ask for time when to connect. But this coworker starts a huddle out of nowhere, expects me to login at 11:00 PM at night, just messqges hello/hi without any context and doesn't stop messaging until I reply. He also talks in a manner like he's doing me a favor. I know that me having access to tools means I should always unblock others, given it's not there fault they don't have access to it. My manager even tried to get them access but the security team to paranoid. How to deal with this. Am I being rude here?

Why can't I find a single decent guy in Hyderabad? Every guy I have met in-person has either a "ZERO personality techie" or is a "KTM driving influencer" No nice decent men in this city or what? Delhi had great guys but after moving here, it is just sad.

Sometimes people use certain people for the transient phase to heal themselves and then move one once they are able to rediscover themselves. While this may not be purely intentional at times, this does leave a sense of worthlessness in the other person's soul. And then the person feels "used" and breaks other people's heart and the cycle continues. It can become a vicious loop if things are not clearly communicated.
