Hey everyone, I am trying to get a referral for an APM role at CoinDCX. But it seems impossible through LinkedIn. I have been passionate about crypto for a long time and CoinDCX is probably one of the best in space. Would really appreciate it if anyone can help me with it! Thanks in advance!

The people there have become complacent and comfortable. Would try to avoid it given the future of crypto in India is not certain.. Would advise to look for other web3 companies building in India or outside India.

If you are really passionate about Crypto, you would never join a Centralized Exchange. Join a Crypto Infra firm, so many Web 3.0 projects, L2 Protocols out there.. Avoid Exchanges.
