Need advice for Switch

Hey all, i was thinking of making a switch now after completing 1.5 years roughly (the while process might take 3/4 months roughly as i need to prepare everything from beginning). Was confused between joining an established company vs a startup.

I personally want to join the former as i want to focus on other interests of mine and am fine with less salary but with less stress and working hours. My friends are suggesting to for the latter as im still a beginner and should focus more on learning. Im not very passionate about software development but i would say im av+, what would anyone of you would have done?

The average+ of startup is excellent for an MNC. lol.

If you have other interests and not very passionate about development then I would suggest you to join an MNC as you can get into other roles which may not be as demanding as dev.
