1. I am having a strong problem statement, which is thoroughly validated, along with a business plan, but I am not working or starting it as I lack confidence because I don't have a team in place. ( I am an IIM graduate and currently a product manager - giving these details just to get a sense of my background, which might help in the type of suggestions from your side). 2. How can I find a co-founder/partner/core team member? Please advise me on where to look for co-founders or people that share a similar mindset. I am working in a Pre Seed GenAI Startup (2020 Founded) as Head of Engineering (Team of 20 with 5-6 in Engineering, No CTO) It's been 3.5 years (3yrs Full Time + 6mon Internship) Previously it is in EdTech now in GenAI Space My CTC is 8 LPA + 0.45% ESOPs (10-12L in 25cr valuation). Skills: Nodejs, Nextjs, Monorepos, MongoDB, AWS, Serverless 1-2yrs ago we were thinking about scaling the tech team, etc but then that EdTech model started failing and then we went to a war time after that we pivoted currently also we are burning money revenue is there but very less (25% of the expense) I was of the view that I want to lead teams and scale products That's why I was there in the team It can be the case tomorrow if we scale but Now I am confused whether I should switch my job and or stick with the startup maybe the startup grow tomorrow or a big VC fund us to scale (as I have ESOPs) or it will just be a waste of time or opportunity cost Please guide 🙏 Anyone with a similar startup experience would really appreciate your help 🙏

Eating organic food, drinking clean water 💦 and breathing clean air 🫁. More time for family and society. Getting good sleep with deep sleep more than 2h consistently. No regional holiganism. Life ain't kinda hullabaloo which used to be case in metro. Saving+investing 100% of my salary (thanks to my investments in last 7-8y) I want to sustain this and live like this for rest of my life. I am in late 20s and sitting on total 93L savings. It will cross 8d soon but am confused on how to go through sustainability. Please help me navigate. 1. I don't want to do job. Startup or Meaningful work is my calling. In Covid i worked for multiple startups and helped them in many ways. MVP to PMF, am good at marketing, sales, HR and tech. Planning to join a remote startup or start my own. But it should be meaningful startup not just a bigger fool game. 2. I Can do agriculture side by side as I have around 15acres of land. It can give output = Median package of tier 1 mba. Have ideas like growing stevia, alovera and other useful stuff instead of wheat n rice like my old generation. Then it will be huge but again have to convince father. Startups like dehaat are helping in this as well. 3. Get a good franchise in nearby city like sleepwell, Pizza Hut, kfc or tamo and get regular returns. 4. Put all money in FD and get 50k/m return and live a happy life. (50k is more than enough for family of 5 where I live currently) 5. I love reading, blogging, debating, quizzing on economics, geopolitics, spirituality, semiconductor, politics and tech. Can build an online business around this on YouTube and internet. Please guide me how to reach to correct idea and navigate properly with minimal risk. Graduated from a Tier 1 MBA, got into a rando role very early on during placement (think Day0). Totally messed up job change during covid (pay reduction), and suffered more with family issues. I am probably earning a lot lesser than my average batchmate, and not at a good designation (or skills) either. Trying to get back on track with my career via consulting or Category role in startups. Need advice on how to get there. Getting rejected by most consulting cos (even big4) and startups on online portals while applying.

Hi am developer of having 6 years of exp 3 years - starup in Koramangala 2 years - unicorn in banglore 1 years 6 months - servicebased mnc in Hyderabad ( present I have assigned to client but not getting anynwork from 6 months. Been practicing leetcode but losing motivation in middle . My tech stack is python django What are the skills I need to do focus on now . Feeling low.

I have 2 job offers in hand and now am a bit confused. Need your advice on decision-making, 1st offer - Jaipur location - investing and trading company, offering me an Equity Research Analyst role with a profit-sharing in the new business division which they are developing. 2nd offer - Bangalore-based startup, recently raised $550k, has 18 months of runway, the current scale is low.. they are offering me mixed roles - 50% of the time will go into Social Media and Content, 30% in Business and 20% in Finance. ESOPs will be based on 6-8 months of performance. Now I have 2 career paths in mind: 1) I want to do CFA and get into the core finance side... it might also lead me to the VC, PE, or IB side. 2) Startup - I have done startup in the past but failed. I want to do startup again but currently want to join a good startup where I can learn from experienced people. I don't know how I should go about deciding b/w these 2 career paths. If you were in my shoes, how would you make a decision?

Hi all! I have 16 years of work ex in Corporate sales and currently working in a leading indian Fintech from last 9 years. I am feeling stuck here with no visibility of growth or even sense of job security. I didn't take risks in my career as I am sole bread earner for my family but it was biggest risk I guess I took. Plz suggest me what all I should do to find good opportunities in terms of growth and job stability. I am introspecting and would really appreciate your valuable feedbacks.

How to over come feeling defeated and anxious as I grow older in tech field biased towards younger lot and shiny new tech stacks. Worked in WITCH companies, no hope of getting into product based at 11 yrs exp. I am no way extraordinary technologically wise nor got chance to work on complex projects just standard Crud apps on different tech stacks like Asp.net and SAP Fiori/Hana. I shudder to think of being jobless at 50 with no job with no pension and max responsibilities on my shoulders at that time . Can someone provide pointers how to come out of this rut? I would be grateful🙏🏻
