Need an advice

I just joined a company and it's been only 2 weeks. When I accepted the offer there was another interview in pipeline and some delay was going. The result came and now I am confused what to do. Startup (current company) TC : 27+2 (base+pf) New Offer from a big firm: 31.5+3.15+1.51+45kUSD(Base+target bonus+pf+stocks 4yrs) = 43.87LPA Annual CTC It's not easy as it seems. The startup (curr company) has great culture and tech stack. The product is exciting. It is part of a larger parent company. Whereas the big firm (new offer) works on a Monolith and work mostly uses Java. Codebase is 20yrs old according to Hiring manager. And one more thing - I hate Java. Why the difference has to be so big in TC 😭 I don't like to be confused. Have you ever been in such a situation? I want to relate my situation. YoE : 2

Hi, I'm positive about an offer letter from Deloitte in a couple of days, can anyone share the expected pay range in this company for a 9.5yrs experienced candidate as per current market standard. Tech stack - Java backend developer (Microservices) + Cloud native + ci-cd tools etc.. CCTC - 16lpa.. ECTC - what % can I ask.? Note - 2 rounds of tech Interview went pretty well 8.5/10. This is the 2nd switch in my career and i feel I'm pretty outdated with current trends. Please share your inputs.

Hi everyone recently got job offer. And here is the what I'm getting. Is it good. Job role : SDE1 Tech stack : Nodejs, React, AWS, DevOps CCTC: 6.5 all fixed Offer CTC : 8 fixed + 4 L ESOP + 1 to 1.5 performance bonus Is it worth it. I will be getting another offer 8.5 fixed. How to negotiate for that. It's is first switch and I was laid off in Feb. I'm moderately good at problem solving and have LC : 1600+ CF : 1450+ Please share your view. Got an offer for C3A role (total yoe - 9.8yrs) for 26lpa. 1) Should I try to get C3B role for my experience 2) For VP - there are 2 components listed (i) Monthly Performance Pay - 15k (ii) Performance Pay (Quarterly) - 22k 3) What is an emergency fund in TCS.? I feel 17% VP (4.5L) in total CTC (26L) is too high. The HR said, this 15k monthly will be paid in full. And quarterly pay of 66k (22k x 3) will also be paid. Is this true or some deduction will be there? Please let me know if this is the norm VP in TCS and share some tips to negotiate for more fixed pay.. TIA

Guys, I have 8 years of IT experience out of which , 2.5 in azure. I got a call from Capegemni HR , saying there's an azure opening, asked for my current and expected CTC. I said the current is 7 LPA and expected is 20 LPA. It's a hybrid role with 3 days working from the office. She said it is not possible, Max they can give is 10-13. I am in Kerala,and have a baby under 1. I have to relocate if I get it. I don't think it is fair salary. Is it ok if we don't tell when they're asking for our current salary based on which they will give max 100% if we perform exceptionally in the interview. Or how can I deal this? Thanks in advance.

Hai All working in a service based company around 4 years of exp CTC 8 LPA. Able to land an offer from a startup company with 12 LPA since I am in notice period, I got many calls from other service based companies WITCH. I clearly mentioned that I'm expecting 15 -17 LPA as a Backend developer which they said was okay. But after all the interview rounds they are not going more than 14 LPA and during negotiation there are trying to put guilt on my side (why are you switching after having an offer, 4 years we can't give more than 13Lpa ) I just want to know how to negotiate well during discussions
