Need help - Therapist
Extremely burned out. Feel very low and out. Would like to have some help now. Been thinking about getting some help for a while to get out of the loop. Any suggestions on who’d be a good therapist to reach out in Bangalore would be really helpful. TIA.
You can visit NIMHANS, they are very good, they are the best in mental health in India.
You can also try private therapists, you have to try a few to find someone who you are comfortable opening up to. Beware to not sign up for session package early on, if you are not sure working with that therapist.
Emotions, behaviour and thought all influences each other. First step would be to work on behavioural changes gym, meditation, sleep schedule etc can help with that.
Cognitive behavioral therapy can help in changing the thought patterns which can help manage emotions effectively.

Reach out to St John's and ask for adult clinical psychologists(there are only two). Both are really good
