Need motivation to be consistent

Motivation will not last. You don't need motivation. You have to think about it as an essential part of your lifestyle. Otherwise you will keep seeking for ways you already know.

Discipline >> motivation. Just turn up everyday, that’s the hardest part.
As Andrew Tate said "You don't need motivation, you need discipline". Just go to the gym. Don't think about it

As we don't need motivation everyday to eat, sleep or s**t, the same way better don't look for motivation for fitness.
Start small and be consistent. Slowly it will become a habit.

Momentum leads to motivation and not the other way around
I have a personal trainer. That is an external motivation, but it is working for me. I make sure I wake up on days when I have session with him because I feel bad if he shows up and finds that I haven't shown up
