Need some inputs from seniors!

I have about 5 years of experience working in sales for both product and service companies (startups and MNC). However, in the long run I don't want to be in sales. I want to eventually move into something where my work has some sort of impact. Can be: product management, business strategy, internal or client consulting or maybe something else which I'm not sure of. As I'm in the middle of taking a break currently to figure this out, I want to understand how I can transition into these roles without a master's degree? Is it practically possible? If yes, then how should I go about it?

Are there any organisations hiring for Senior Sales Operations/ Development/Strategy roles. Experience around 15 years. Do chip in. Current org is getting restructured on a massive level lots of people getting affected.

Hi all! I have 16 years of work ex in Corporate sales and currently working in a leading indian Fintech from last 9 years. I am feeling stuck here with no visibility of growth or even sense of job security. I didn't take risks in my career as I am sole bread earner for my family but it was biggest risk I guess I took. Tried working at a super early stage start-up, but didn't work out. I have experience working in 0-1 companies. Comfortable in chaos and uncertainty. Please do help a brother out. Background: Working with B2B SaaS startup raised $165m till now. No appraisal this year. Multiple changes of top management, a boss added between reporting manager and CEO 10 months into, the role has changed from what was told, and I envisioned. Day to day work has become running behind people, taking statuses and giving to manager. Mentally and physically draining(extensive travel) Sat with manager, told this is not working for me. Can the role be developed into analytical or strategic approach or new role in another department? Three things can happen now - Manager actually gets me something better - Manager does nothing - Manager fires me because I don't like the work Tbh, all three work for me. I've 3 years of experience in sales and operations after completing my MBA in Marketing. Tried looking into various profiles but nothing seems to be fruitful post the first or second or interviews. Mentally drained in trying to find PM jobs. Any references from this community would be appreciated.

Hello GV folks, Have been working in sales for the last 3 years(post MBA - Tier 1 college) and I am basically tired now of all the headache that comes with it, weekly reviews, bashings from both customers as well as internal higher management in case numbers are not happening, which gets very abusive and taxing at times. I have been evaluating if Michael Page would be a good career move and would it be possible to come back to tech/program management if I get into C-suite recruitment. Need guidance, pls help??
