Need suggestions for a job switch.
I have been working in ETL testing for the past three years, but there are very few job opportunities in this field. I am not sure what to do next. I tried to transition to ETL development, but I did not receive much support from the project team. I feel like my career is at a standstill.
ETL testing is niche, so consider upskilling. Data engineering or analytics could be a good move; they're in demand and offer growth.
