Need tips for Appraisal One On One?
This is my first job and here my manager has scheduled a one on one meeting for Annual Appraisal. I want to know what I should expect in this meeting. Thanks!

They’ll start with congratulating you for all the work done.
If you have a good appraisal, then it ends with X% and something like “continue doing great”
If appraisal is bad, then they’ll point out all failures and how you can improve. But hey, even with this bad performance we’re giving you y%.
You’ll also get a chance to speak - so go prepared with all your achievements (saved X amount for the company, increased efficiency by Y% etc)
The order of the discussion can differ but generally these are the points covered.
Ate the most chips in office which helped keep the rest of the workforce lean and healthy which directly lead to better productivity and fitness of fellow colleagues.
There is a saying "aaj kya khaaya kal yaad nahi hota, fir kaise yaad kare ki saal bhar kya kya kaam kiya😁"
This year it will just be them praising you and telling the market is not that great and hence this is the max that they can give you... Pls the classic line : "you have the best hike in the team, please do not disclose it to others"
