Need to move ASAP

Hi people, I've pursued MBA in finance, currently working at Deloitte under UK BT as a TC-1 with 1 year of experience. My office location is Hyderabad but I'm originally from Kolkata and I want to go back there. I need a referral for a job based on Kolkata in any of the big 4 firms as soon as possible. This place is starting to feel like hell and staying here is literally costing me in terms of physical and mental health. My office leadership has stayed quiet in this matter, and they're kinda "this is the best I can offer, take it or leave it." I have tried applying online in the careers portals but no responses came as of now. Could anyone kindly provide me some kind of referral or leads over this matter? Your help would be greatly appreciated.
