so sharks..... I'm looking for a single room in a pre-occupied 2/3/4 BHK flat in HSR/Koramangala/Bellandur. Open to other areas on case by case basis. I need to vacate my current flat by the end of March. Budget: <=20k, preferably around 15-18k 😅 A bit about me: I'm a male in his late 20s. like and comment for Karma 😀 PS: let's see GV's potential for flat hunting.

I am shifting Sarjapur to a 1bhk flat, don't have much furniture other than a mattress and cooking essentials. I want to know if it makes sense to purchase or rent as I'm not thinking of staying in the same flat for more than a year. I will be living alone with friends crashing over the weekends sometimes. If you know some place nearby Sarjapur for renting stuff cheap or any help setting things up is appreciated. I have only checked on rentmojo (seems the best option as of now), furlenco (expensive).

Hey folks, I'm a recent graduate, got a job at a startup and the base will be <15, >10. Shifted to Bangalore (more like returning after 6 years, lived for 4 years before that). Since I'll be starting my full time journey soon, I want to know how you guys split your take home salary into needs, wants, luxury, savings, investing etc. Currently, I'm in a rented flat in HSR (my split is 7k) and will rent out/buy some home appliances. Food would be around 10k a month (no maid, all outside). I just want to know your experiences on spending and handling money.
