I just keep my legs straight under the table and raise them up so that you feel some tension in the muscles. That will keep you awake in case you have a meeting and need to show an attentive face.
A friend I know, also goes to the washroom to take a power nap for 10-15 minutes and then stretch, wash his face and come back. Didn't work for me but you can try.
