Full support to the no overtime WFH movement
This is brilliant... But won't work in India. Why?. Your manager will probably take it personally and wait for the first chance to brand you a bad worker.
I find many such articles which are reasonable but do not work in India. Have never worked long ime abroad so do know if people face similarly in the west. But have worked with coworkers across the world and but never encountered any repercussions for saying such things (which I have done)
Companies are underestimating benefits of WFH . If employees are disciplined and motivated and able it’s best way to work.
Anyone thinks investors are making it hard for founders to raise money, if employees are not going WFO
