I have been tagged in an non tech support project where aquiring skills is not possible it's been 3 years i am trying to gain few skills like expertise in excel , sql , power bi , tableau , i also have interest in search engine optimisation and SAP basis/MM or database admin profile 

Please note i am not from coding/development background and i do not intent to go in that field as well.

Can anyone please suggest how to expertise in these where i can work on handson as well because organisations does not provide access to tools like power bi or tableau for learning purpose since cost is involved so what do you suggest how to be interview ready and really gaining expertise in these skills.
