Not being paid for last 3 months. What are my options?

The founders are sayings that they’re in process of raising the funds and have been delaying the salary payment deadlines every time. What are my options in case they don’t pay the salaries at all. Is there any way I can push them to make the payments asap. Any legal route or and advise grapeviners.
