Offer Suggestion

I have experience of around 3.5 years. I am working in capgemini currently and I’m serving notice period. Currently I’m getting 6.2 (fixed) + 30k (variable) and is my 2nd company. I’m location bounded currently and I can only work from noida. Shall I join accenture or should I look for another offer for better salary. Thanks for the suggestions.

got offer from infosys 12 lpa with 10.8 lpa fixed is it good with 4 years of exp and 6.5 lpa currently and how much will be my inhand

I got an offer from Infosys for the position of lead consultant. And they fixed a salary of 29 LPA with 80% take-home pay and 20% variable pay. My total experience is 13 years. So could you please tell me if 29 LPA is the correct value for the lead consultant, or should I go for further negotiation? Also, can you please help me before accepting the offer letter? What are the things I should ask Infosys HR? Should I ask for a for a joining bonus as well? Please guide me if you have experience with negotiation.

Hello friends, Can you please help me in deciding between these 2 offers: Trigent Software: -35lpa: all fixed, (it feels can go upto 36) -Service based but hiring for good client who is there from last more than 5 years and will be there for another atleast 5 years according to them -25 years old company -1300 employees Inito(product based startup): 30 + 2(esops over 4 years, so we can assume 30.5) -This got started in 2015 but still having only around 110 employees -Out of 110, 32 from IITs...so good people are there Yoe: 4.3

Got offers from these two companies. TCS is offering 2 lacks more thank LTIM. At LTIMindtree I have to go to office 2-3 days/week but in TCS everyday. Suggestions are appreciated.

I got an offer of 11.78 lpa from infy my current company i.e capg wants to retain me with the same and also will shift me to the kind of project I want. I have around 3 y.o.e what should I do here as capg is my first company. Some suggestion would be highly appreciated.

currently I work in an ai consulting company (<40 folks) with 20+ lpa salary. recently I got an offer from a big mnc bank for around 15% hike on my total ctc. I informed my current org yesterday and they have countered me with a 20% hike now. I am confused on what to choose. ps: I have ~5 yoe.

Including 10% variable pay in INFOSYS

Can someone please help me with what will in hand salary in above case. Also they said variable component is all payable at year end is it true?
