Offer letter getting revoked

I am a 2023 batch undergrad from nit . This year placement season was dull compared to 2022 . But somehow most of people got a job . But from the past 2 3 weeks companies are revoking offer letter. Almost 8 companies have revoked their offer letter, including increff OLX ,karza technology and so on . Offer letter is getting delayed . Almost all of us had their expected joining in June and July ,but many of my friends have not got their offer letter. Also the PPO scene, prior to this year almost the PPO conversion rate was very good in 6 months intern . A big mnc company hired 26 intern from my college but no PPO . I am afraid right now. When will the scene become normal?

I secured an on campus offer at the starting of placements and my offer got revoked 15days before the joining and i am left with no options now, lost many good opportunities on campus. As i was already placed my tpo cell didn’t allow me to sit for other companies. So confused now. Now not many companies visiting college and the offer was 15Lpa. It was of 4rounds. Bit scared now as i was relaxed after the offer and stipped dsa. Now i have started again. But still so much confusion going on.

Context: Worked at a boutique consulting firm this summer and loved it, especially my team and my manager who was very empathetic and caring. Received a PPO. Problem: Given family financial circumstances (primarily) I had to think beyond my interests and hence sat for placements and received a placement from a much bigger consulting company. I now feel super guilty and do not know what to do. I eventually want to come back to the boutique firm as it specialises in a niche I care about (once family issues sorted). Question: Is it wise to be fully upfront, first tell my side of the story to my manager asap and reject PPO politely? If not, what is a good way to do it? TL:DR - How to reject a PPO after accepting it? Any honest opinion and advice would be highly appreciated. I understand I have put myself in this complicated situation.

I recently completed my MBA from one of a premier B School, and I am a fresher,was placed in a fintech company and was supposed to join them previous month. They are doing layoff and has extended our joining with no guarantee as of now. With placements of my college over, I am stuck in this market with no job and a lot of uncertainties, please let me know if there’s any potential opportunity at your company.

I am a 2023 grad from a tier-3 college. I had 2 offers: 1. 6 months Intern + FTE, tech role, CTC 13, consulting company. Offer got deferred to December. Internship also got cancelled citing reasons related to recession. 2. Mass recruiter, CTC 6. Most likely deferred as no communication with company. What should I do now? For the time being, I am interning at a startup to avoid gap in resume. Shall I start freelancing? I have 4 months of prior internship experience in React and Node. Hello everyone, I am an ML Engineer Intern and have been doing full time internship since past 1.5 years, will be completing one year in June at current company, so the thing is I will be graduating in 10 days and the company is still not talking about PPO, so what should I do now? I don't have another offer as I did not sit for on campus placement because no good companies were coming and I am earning more or approximately equal to most of the companies paying for full time in college. Now I am a bit scared as I will be graduating and still don't have a full time offer, I am the guy in college where everyone used to tell that I will grab the highest package and here I am in this uncertainty whether I will get full time offer from current company or not. I have worked very hard, even worked late nights and even on weekends and still they are bot talking about PPO and I am applying off campus but there are not many openings for freshers or 2024 graduate even though I have more practical knowledge and skills, so what should I do now, continue as an intern till I get full time or what should I do? I know Python, ML, DL, NLP, tensorflow, pytorch, django, javascript, GO, Docker, linux and I am a very good learner too. So if anyone of you can help then it will be good, I have posted before also on this platform but have not received any help, though got couple of referral but they were of other profile or required more experience and hence got rejected without even an OA. So please refer me or give advice what should I do next?

Hello Everyone, This is my current condition: Yoe - 3 yrs Ctc - 21 lpa How much should I ask in ibm? They haven't informed me in which band/level I am going to be. Do not know for which city they are hiring for. Tomorrow is the call for salary negotiation. Not sure how to proceed. Any help is really appreciated. Thanks in advance!

I along with 27 others from our university are scheduled to join Amazon as a SDE FTE in June/July. Amazon sent us a goodie box last month. When will we get our offer letters? When will our joining date probably be? We haven't received the contacts of our hiring managers yet so there's no point suggesting to contact them.
