Ola Maps: Review from a rider
This is what happens when you are good at sales but bad at building a decent user experience. Remember, Apple Maps? They advertised it so much but it was not as good as GMaps. But eventually apple maps got better. I hope Ola Maps get better user experience in future.

The functionality and user experience of Ola Maps are receiving criticism from users very often. The first point that many users, including you yourself stress out is the navigation in Ola which leads to a lot of delayed and inefficient routes. The new in-app map drew criticism that has drawn natural comparisons to the initial iterations of Apple Maps.
Ola's CTO recently played up the app as being designed around India's peculiar conditions, but users are yet to see any noticeable improvement in usability or accuracy.
