Overheard a conversation between a freshy and a guy 45+. She was talking about her cousin having amazing perks and hike in DE shaw, it has 400-500 employees in Gurgaon location. He said these small companies are not safe, i have seen it all i was there in 2008 crisis, i have worked in many small company but at the end big MNCs are better and what not. When she said that is product based and we are service based , he said don't get me started agian...🤦‍♂️

Generalisations of any kind is bad!
There should be always be some context and associations. Think it of this way, NRN any day earns more respect (& money) compared to let say Dukaan founders. But will that have any impact on the life, growth of a developer, maybe not?
