It's been a year since I joined Capgemini. I worked in a telecom project but it got ramped down and now I am on the bench for 4 months. Anyone who could help me get a new project. Or any other suggestions are welcome.

If you are free you could try contributing to some OSS projects. That is technically work experience. Doesn’t matter whether you did for your employer or for a community.
Contact your bench manager and portfolio manager on every second or third day until they give you project.
