 Double check if it's EPAM or EPAM Anywhere because EPAM Anywhere jobs are mostly remote which is one of the key factors to consider.

1. Publicis Sapient - 22.7 lpa, 5% variable. Hybrid, Bangalore.
2. EPAM Anywhere - 21 lpa, all fixed. Remote.

22 fixed (epam) and 23.8(21.5 fix + variable)(kpmg india)
Location- Gurgaon(both)

Which one to select, and is it something chaos going on at the management level in KPMG india?

I have around 4.5 yrs of experience and received two offers, EPAM systems and Deloitte USI.

Tech stack - AEM with Java development 

EPAM offers better compensation compared to Deloitte. 

Which one would be good, according to you guys?

P.s. Share whatever you know good, bad, pros, cons.

My friend is from tier 1 college 2023 batch, currently working in Microsoft as a Software Quality Engineer with 15 LPA, good benefits but bad work life balance.
He is thinking about switching to a new company with some benefits on priority. He is good in problem solving and a knight on  leet code.

One of my friends got an offer during campus placements with a good base pay, later his offer was postponed without clear doj, now he got another offer after 8 months of struggle with a very low salary, now he is getting calls from different startups tho they are good paying companies due to his lower pay rn they are not willing to pay much, what should be the better option he should follow ? He is very good enough in tech among all of us and he is from tier 1 college...

One of my friends, who is highly talented and an adept competitive programmer, recently received an offer from "Tech Mahindra" with a package of 3.25 LPA and a 2.5-year service bond. Given the current tough economic climate, should he accept this offer or wait and prepare for better opportunities?
