Optics vs Mentorship

I've got an opportunity to improve the public optics from a career pov. I've gotta grind it out for a 5 months at my current company for this to play out. With some leadserhip changes, the current job is a slow transition into project management. I've also got an opportunity to move to another B2B SaaS company that's known to have a better mentorship all the way from CEO to my possible manager. This is somewhat of an immediate joining. Pay is equally crap at both places. Esops will be better at new gig. I'm early in a popular niche — LLMs. I'll be able to continue on this niche in both companies. What do I do?
