It's a service based company but has grown like anything in the past year or two, good place to work?how's the work life balance like?

I've worked there for 2.5 years, sarkari company. Everyone there is young. Salesforce team is good. Rest all are average. If you're ambitious then that is not a great place. It's more like a semi-sarkari company
