Personal loan rejected!

My Bank BOB is not giving me personal loan they are saying that as if now you are not eligible for this benifit. So where should I go for this ? Plz recommend any good other bank or fin-tech.

I had been intending to apply for a home construction loan, but my circumstances have shifted due to a recent layoff. Regrettably, I was affected by the layoff, and my January pay slip reflects the final salary payment. Since banks typically require the last three months' salary slips, and the January slip includes additional details, I'm concerned if this might pose an issue. If I disclose this to them, they may request further documentation such as a new job offer letter. I'm seeking guidance on what options are available and what actions I should avoid. Waiting an additional 2-3 months for a new offer letter and salary slips is not preferable to me.

Hi guys, here is the idea, lets say person A would like to buy a house and he doesn't have down payment and also might be getting loan at a higher interest rate. We will come into picture buy the house for him and rent him for next 3 years, in next 3 years he will build his credit score, pay rent+ some portion of down payment at the end of contract he will get loan from bank and we exit. If A would like to exit from the contract has to pay some penalty and can walk away. Benefits for the company- get a stable tenant who will keep the house like its their house, setup fee, investable down payment Benefits for the customer- have 3 years of time to decide if they would like to buy the house, easy to build the corpus, can get loan at cheaper rates

Hi Community members I have lost 20 Lack in the stock market now working in a corporate company. Now my monthly EMI (80k) is double than my salary. I stay in a rented house with my family in Bengaluru. Salary what I'm getting is enough for my family's survival only. I have tried to do online side hustle, online tutor, home tutor, (nowadays most of them are fake) Now I do swiggy/zomato delivery also after my work hours. But still I'm unable to match the monthly EMI amount. I'm seeking your suggestion on: 1) Do I need to continue with stocks? 2) What side hustle can I do? 3) Is it good if I reduce the EMI amount and increase the tenure? 4) What happens if I don't pay the EMI? I stay with my parents in a tier 2 town. We have a 800 sq. ft house which is more than 100 yrs old. We are really scared of living in this home as it is fully damaged. Yesterday one incident happened one of the walls got demolished. Fortunately we were not there at that time. For the past few yrs, We wanted to reconstruct our home from base, but the total cost is around 20 lakh. I have been working for the past 2 yrs but hardly able to collect 3 lakh as I spent most of the money by giving it to my father during my sister's marriage.
