PhonePe has the largest user set with their data synced already. Ultimately, it comes down to how efficiently they can increase adoption (which I strongly believe they will). PayTM would have also picked up a small chunk of their users most def

Absolutely. Paytm is too cluttered and spammy. I'd happily get rid of cred, if phonepe can integrate this well in a clean manner

There is still a meaningful base which uses Cred for credit card bill payments. Phonepe has had CC payments for a while and haven’t managed to get users to switch. I don’t checking of score would do it for them

Cred is truly a topic of surprise for me. Yes, I understand it has created a community of top spenders/credit worthy people in India. I also understand that they can use the information on such people for creating value for themselves.

Being a cred user, I only use it to pay the bills. I really wonder if they have built any b2b business or alternative source of income beyond what's seen to the end user. What's the game plan for the cred? 

I also applaud the fact that cred hasn't laid off people having paid them better than most companies. I really wonder if the business is really that strong or the conviction is. Would you join cred if given a chance to work there?

Recently noticed that cred has stopped giving the option to use cashback while paying bills, like electric bill. Now does that mean we can only use the earned cashback to shop on cred?
Its like they are forcing me to stop using the app.

Saw an ad by Mobikwik where they are mocking cred. After bharatpe debacle, Mobikwik extra is doing good and firm is profitable as well.

You can manage all your cards in the homepage and it isnt hidden in some obscure place. But most importantly, cred coins are actually useful, at least you can get some coupons out of it.

My question to people seeing this would be, what could have been better and any constructive feedback is welcome. imo the icons could have been better, wdyt?
