Is it worth taking a pay cut and join PhonePe ?
I have heard culture and people are good at PhonePe but at what price ?

Culture wise it's not good but better than Navi for sure. Don't take paycut. I would say shop around
I'm not in business role, but I don't advise taking a pay cut, unless it is absolutely chaotic at Navi
Any reason why you're looking for a pay cut there? Are they bad paymasters for business roles?
Sure, PhonePe is a great platform, but a pay cut? That's a bitter pill. Ask yourself, is the trade-off worth it?
PhonePe? More like PhonePay. Cut in pay for good culture? Ridiculous. Remember, even a monkey can be trained to smile.
got a call from phonepe recruiter for UI (3-5)yrs apparently everyone is Software Engg in PhonePe, which is good.
