Post graduation!

Hi everyone, A bit about me: I'm a 25-year-old female with a CTC of 4.5 LPA and around 2 years of experience. I was forced to resign from my first company, and currently, I don't have any job offers. Job hunting has been very challenging for me. Due to my negative first experience, I'm scared and skeptical about joining another company. Additionally, I don't expect a significant salary hike with a switch right now. I seek advice on pursuing a master's degree. Should I prepare for it? Is it worth it? Will it lead to a better package? I'm really confused between pursuing a master's and looking for another job. Any help, advice, or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I am 22yo and just graduated from a tier 3 college with Btech degree. Currently placed in a startup as a Frontend Engineer CTC 7LPA remote. I am confused should I prepare for masters and do that or should I work hard in FE and switch after 1-2 year for better pay. And what one should do? Masters in Cs or MBA , I know both are different but still confused.

I am currently in my pre final year and from teir 2 college want to know if it is better to do ms or mtech in us after graduation and I am not interested in reasearch just want a job in it sector

I'm about to graduate as a B.Tech (CS) grad this year. I have a full time offer at the moment and joining is in June. My question is this: I hear from people to go for M.Tech after 1-2 years of industry experience. Is it a good decision to leave a job to do an M.Tech after atleast 2 years of working in the industry? And also will an M.Tech degree help my career in any way? Preferably in terms of better job opportunities in the future? I really want to understand more about this.

Hello everyone reading this, quick intro, I am a 2023 graduate from deshbandhu college holding a Bachelor's degree in Science with a major in Mathematics. Started my CAT Prep in august 2023, Left my previous job in november end due to tedious work which was not catering to my long-term goals and now, unfortunately, victim of the current job market.....since the opportunities are not very fulfilling from some time, I moved ahead with continuing my rigorous CAT Prep from january & its going really great....but due to increasing financial problems, i'm now compelled to take up a sales role in a bank's branch....I am not much interested in sales work & it was one of the reasons why I left my previous job.....but, now i'm not much concerned about it.... because i'm being advised to go with the flow for some time & take up any job on the side to manage the household. The thing which concerns me the most is "will working in a sales role or a branch office affect my application in tier-1 b-schools?" Since i'm preparing for tier-1 b-schools only....i see no benefit in doing an mba from tier-2/3 school...neither monetarily nor network-wise. I'm really scared & concerned about taking up this job & my application in b-schools.....kindly help me out....i'm stressed out and this is causing me sleep deprivation..... I did my btech from IIT in 2022 and then have been working for the past 2 years. Now thinking of going for an MBA but confused about whether I should go to IIMs or go abroad for an MBA. I need help in deciding further steps as I want to plan it out for the year 2025. By that time I will have a work experience of 3 years. Also would be helpful if people can suggest which are the best sources and materials from where one should prepare for CAT & GMAT.

Hi, I am currently 22, graduated recently from a tier 2 institute and currently working at a US based startup earning 18lpa ( almost all base ) + rsu's, lately my family have been nagging me to do a postgrad, I am confused weather I should do an MBA, MS or not do a postgrad at all considering the years I will miss in workex. What should be my best course of action considering ROI in the next 10-15 years ?? P.S. Currently I am not sure what my interest lies in, but just try to excel at whatever comes my way.

business/finance major, graduated in 2019, been working for 3yrs and 10 months, have doubled my salary since I started my career in 2019. Exploring options- masters in India only as abroad is expensive and doesn't make any sense in today's market. Have seen the fintech space closely boom as a 20y.o fresh out of college, and since then I've worked across sme financing, education financing, b2b credit card payments and now again back to education financing for a traditional nbfc. My roles have varied from strategy and operations, to investor relations/nbfc treasury to product management (current role) I wanted some advice/opinion from the community whether to continue on my career path or switch to masters- take a break of 18 months study from a great school and get back in the industry. Also, if I explore the later one then apart from the isbs and IIMs of the world are there even good 1 year mba programs in india?

Hey , I'm Btech CSE graduate from PTU Jalandhar ( completed in sept 2022) after that worked for 5-6 months as data analyst ( non - tech field ) and from there onwards did nothing for a year due to hiring freeze , joinings revoked in TCS Infosys. as I was less skilled in coding n all that time so not eligible for big companies and layoffs happening since then. And , now I know HTML CSS JS REACT SQL C++ Basic DSA, git .OOPS DBMS So, Please guide me how to find a job in these times .(considering a year gap also ). I'm in fear and anxiety.
