How much increment can a Graduate Analyst at Deutsche Bank India expect?? How is the work is it hectic or flexible?

I would like to know how is it like working in Deutsche Bank for a developer. How is the career growth, work life balance, promotion and hike process. Please share your views here. Is it a good company to join or not.

My work has shifted towards high impact projects. Are there any companies hiring for Lead Analyst/Manager Analytics roles? My current company doesn’t promote basis work only, they need 5-6 yoe at least for the next band.

I got selected as an Analyst Trainee at Deloitte. It has a probation period of 1 year. What kind of role does an analyst trainee have? Is it worth it?

Why are there so many VP at Black Rock on LinkedIn with comparatively lesser YOE than it usually requires to be VP. Almost every one is 28-32 y.o. and there are 20-30 atleast in the NCR. Very less from IIMs,IITs so we can't discount that. Anyone have any idea? Other than fake profile? Any1 working there have any clue please could you comment on hierarchy or workflow .thanks.

I am currently working in a startup which has a terrible WLB. My drive to work has been completely killed and i see myself totally quitting this line of work due to it. But i am willing to give myself last chance to find a company that has decent pay but good WLB. So just asking folks here any MNC which is still hiring and has a good WLB please let me know.
