Quitting Freelnace as a designer and aiming for FAANG Companies, Would love advice
I'm a final year Interaction Design student. With 2-3 years of experience and currently freelancing. I aspire to enter Fang companies with less than a year left for me to grab a decent 6 month internship for the final semester and work there, I currently am freelancing as a UI and Graphic Designer at a startup and I honestly hate it, since I see no growth in terms of work there, and I really want to get into a larger company to get the exposure for growing in my field since it's been stagnant I feel. I would love any kind of advice on the situation and how to go about it to have a better shot at it

Bigger the company, slower the personal growth
If you want to learn and grow more, go for early stage startups instead of faang
