- Raj Dugar, managing partner for Asia at Eight Roads Ventures, has resigned after a 17-year tenure, sources told Moneycontrol. - Dugar is considering starting his own secondaries fund and has relocated back to Mumbai. - In the interim, his responsibilities are being shared by Shweta Bhatia and Prem Pavoor. - Eight Roads Ventures, backed by Fidelity, has invested over $1.6 billion in more than 70 Indian companies. - The firm plans to promote an internal partner to replace Dugar, ensuring a smooth transition.
