Heard that more than usual PIPs are happening. Trying to push people out?

There are multiple VPs and Directors leaving in parallel. Is this a mass exodus of senior leadership any indication of the state of the company?

Hola people! Today I am gonna tell what is happening in Swiggy since last couple of months. This is a everyday story in Swiggy’s private feed on this app. So thought to enlighten others as well. Sit back, grab a coffee and enjoy the rant of a frustrated employee. For everyone’s understanding, work culture in Swiggy has gone for a toss. Employees are working day and night to meet the never ending and unexpected goals set by our leaders. All because of the next year planned IPO. Many talented folks have left the company and many are in the process. New CTO is trash and super aggressive. Empathy died a million times the moment he became the CTO. The only goal which the company has now is to deliver FAST! Nothing else matters. This is for literally every org! Micromanagement has significantly increased and you are expected to provide update for every damn thing! Employee motivation level is literal 0 and no one gives a f**k about anything. Some people are put in PIP and there is no chance of coming back from there. Cost cutting is being done on whatever means possible to achieve profitability. Number of outages in the last few months have significantly increased and most of the employees are working in the weekends to complete their assigned tasks. People are just surviving and will leave the moment any opportunity knocks at the door. Its sad to see a company who was once known for its work culture is now struggling on almost every front. 💔

GV nerds kept fighting that tech jobs are secure and ireplaceable. 2d back, i said to someone that u r safe until a senior intern(workex with low pkg) or AI can't replace u...saw that happening...swiggy replacing sdes 1-4 by ase from witch and senior interns. 🚀 If I would have been the CEO...I will charge a bit extra for swiggy one, raise few inr on platform fees and keep those employees safe. ( I got free swiggy one subscription from last 1y) Employees should be like family else why will anyone join them again? Put yourself in laid off employees with huge emis of home, car and may be Europe tour. They should provide therapy alongwith 3-6m severance also. Recently been observing that a lot of people from swiggy have been moving out. Observations made over the last 6 months, What apart from layoffs is the reason for this ?

Hi folks I just wanted to know how the senior analyst role at Swiggy is in terms of quality of work, growth, wlb and anything else. Put some light on this🙌🏼

Since there's many Swiggy employees here. I love Insanely Good. I've stopped ordering from BB / Instamart, Blinkit and my local shops. 1/ User Interface - just amazing 2/ Quality of Ingredients - the best amongst online retailers 3/ The no door bell delivery - a basic need now. BB guys don't go away till they count every last tomato at 7am. What I want to know / suggestions from my side 1/ Are you scaling up in Mumbai/ Delhi? Would love to hook my parents on to it. 2/ Is the business generally doing good? I've referred it to 3 people so far and they've all started using it. Hopefully this isn't just me in an odd power iser cohort 3/ Can it get bundled in the Swiggy Credit Card? I shop for all my groceries here, nothing better than the card extending benefits to me. 4/ What about Meat? If I can get good quality chicken, prawns, fish sourced locally it'd be amazing. Even just a tie up with lucious, I'll order it from your app. 5/ Looking forward to your inventory expanding - many minor gripes with items missing across sections.
