Random thought: Does cold get easier to deal with as we get fit?
I know that as u get fitter, frequency of common cold or viral reduces. But I am wondering if anyone has experienced that as they get fitter, the bouts get easier to deal with? From my experience, at least the energy levels are better and it might resolve without meds with some rest as I got healthier.
But since immunity is good and u still get sick then shouldn’t that illness be just as powerful, making u just as much sick as before 🤔

Cold as in cold or cough n cold?
Common cold or viral infection. Like which u get bcoz they keep mutating and u can have no permanent immunity against.
