Have received an offer from a start up of about 50 people, recently got funded. My current role is APM , from past almost 2 years and while it's not perfect, Its reasonably okay. What considerations should be taken before deciding to make the switch?

I have been working in the startup space for around 4 years now. The primary reason so far has been the learning and work I do. But lately I have started to question why not go to a good company and chill a bit. What makes more sense spending next 3-4 years in a big company then coming back to the start up space?

Switching careers. Currently a fresher in IT. 24M. I am unable to choose a company to apply for due to its reviews in AmbitionBox, Glassdoor etc. Even if a company has 4+ out of a 5 in overall review, I am skeptical about it because of the few VERY negative reviews it has. Can somebody please help me with this confusion? How do I choose a company? I don't want to work for a very large company like something that has more than 5000 employees. I am ok with working at a seed startup that less than 10 employees too. But, I am seriously concerned about the team culture, salary and growth.

I’m currently a Technology Consultant at PwC with 1 year of experience, primarily working on AWS Infrastructure end-to-end. I enjoy solving complex problems and am now considering my next career move. The paths I'm exploring include AWS infrastructure roles, data engineering, or AWS DevOps. How many folks here 100% refuse to share last salary and are adant that HR state their budget. How do you guys do it and also has it ever happened that you needed up losing a great opportunity coz of this???

You have got a Job offer. What are the parameters other than salary are a must for you before you sign the contract? Only if these parameters are there then only you will go ahead; else not.
