Razorpay PM 45 LPA offer (30% jump)

Hi, I have an offer from Razorpay for 45 LPA - which is much better than my current pay so I am keen on taking it. Is this typical for PM at Razorpay with 4 years of Work Ex?

Looks typical to me. Make sure they stretch out the sign in bonus if there is one

@DrProduct what do you mean stretch out? You mean not opt for the lump sum at the beginning and let it stretch out for the year so you don’t have to pay back if you leave the org early?

Few pointers - Range in this segment is anywhere from 35-55 LPA, plus stocks - If you’re a great fit for the specific role for which they are hiring, then you can try for slightly hire pay Good luck!

Razorpay offering 22LPA for lead position

Just had a call with a recruiter from Razorpay regarding the position of Lead Engineer - Android. The budget quoted was around 22 LPA fixed with no variable components. The reason mentioned is that management wants to be careful with the hiring since they don't want to layoff anyone. I think they are trying to low ball the offer. Can some one from Razorpay comment. Pretty much sure 22 LPA for lead is pretty low

I’m a PM with 2yoe Current CTC: 21LPA (plus 10 stocks, vesting schedule 4y) InMobi: 28LPA (26.5 base + 1.5 in other compensations, stock match with similar vesting) Razorpay: 30 LPA (2l perf bonus and stock match) I’ve heard InMobi has a better culture over Razorpay. Any thoughts?

Developers leaving Razorpay

Lot of Developers are leaving the company (specially frontend) because of low salaries, limited scope of work and Return to office policy. Company is silently creating an atmosphere where developers are leaving on their own. Company is also not planning to provide any good pay raise in the upcoming appraisals. Time to leave the company :(
